1. What is a fun fact about your hometown?

It is the oldest City in Kenya, and I live only a few minutes from the beach!

2. Why is being a King-Morgridge Scholar important to you?

I see this fellowship as a way to bridge the gap between my aspirations and the resources needed to achieve them. The scholarship’s focus on service and global engagement aligns perfectly with my desire to contribute to Kenya’s development. By being part of a community of passionate and driven individuals, I can learn from diverse perspectives, collaborate on solutions to global challenges, and bring those lessons back home to lead impactful projects. Additionally, the financial support provided by the King-Morgridge Scholars Program relieves the pressure of student loans, allowing me to focus on my studies, explore leadership opportunities, and invest time in projects that truly matter to me. Ultimately, being a King-Morgridge Scholar empowers me to turn my vision for a better future into a reality, while also developing as a leader who can contribute to global change.

Going to the gym, gaming, and being with my friends.
