1. What is a fun fact about your hometown?
My hometown city, Phnom Penh, is directly translated to a full mountain.
2. What is something you are passionate about?
I am deeply passionate about cities and transportation.
3. What is your favorite thing about Madison or the U.S.?
I love Madison’s natural environment.
4. Are there specific issues in poverty alleviation or development that you would like to work on or are currently addressing?
I am deeply passionate about public transportation and I strongly believe that a good public transportation system have the ability to create a more equal playing field for disadvantaged population and play a critical role in poverty alleviation. Upon my graduation from UW-Madison, I am aspired to be a change maker to bring about sustainable and equitable mobility to my country and the communities I love.
